Gold on Silver Iceland 5 Kronur Dolphin Cuff Links

These stunning cuff links were made using real 5 kronur coins from Iceland which are about the size of a US quarter and feature a dolphin. First, these coins were layered in pure, .9999 fine bright silver. Then, the figures on these beautiful coins were brought to life by highlighting them (by hand) with rich, pure 24-carat gold. This painstaking work turned these coins into true works of art which were then hermetically sealed in a clear, hard acrylic coating to protect them against wear. The finished coins were then mounted in cuff links. Each pair of cuff links is shipped in an attractive jewelry box.
