Gold on Silver Jefferson Nickel Keelboat Cuff Links

These stunning cuff links were made using real US 2004 Jefferson Westward Journey Keelboat Nickels. First, the coin was layered in pure, .9999 fine bright silver. Then, the figure on this beautiful coin was brought to life by highlighting it (by hand) with rich, pure 24-carat gold. This painstaking work turned the coin into a true work of art which was then hermetically sealed in a clear, hard acrylic coating to protect it against wear. The finished coins were then mounted in cuff links. Each pair of cuff links is shipped in an attractive jewelry box.
