Gold and Silver on Silver Germany 5 Mark Eagle Hinge Money Clip

This stunning money clip was made using a real 5 mark coin from Germany which is a little smaller than a US half dollar and features an eagle. First, the coin was layered in pure, .9999 fine bright silver. Then, the figure on this beautiful coin was brought to life by highlighting it (by hand) with rich, pure 24-carat gold and pure, .9999 fine bright silver. This painstaking work turned the coin into a true work of art which was then hermetically sealed in a clear, hard acrylic coating to protect it against wear. The finished coin was then mounted on a patented hinge-style money clip that will hold just one bill or several bills. Overall clip size is 1 inch by 2 inches. Shipped in a nice jewelry box.
