Gold and Silver on Silver Great Britain 1/2 Penny Sailing Ship Folding Money Clip

This stunning money clip was made using a real 1/2 penny coin from Great Britain which is about the size of a US quarter and features a sailing ship. First, the coin was layered in pure, .9999 fine bright silver. Then, the figure on this beautiful coin was brought to life by highlighting it (by hand) with rich, pure 24-carat gold and pure, .9999 fine bright silver. This painstaking work turned the coin into a true work of art which was then hermetically sealed in a clear, hard acrylic coating to protect it against wear. The finished coin was then mounted on a genuine brown leather cowhide magnetic money clip. These money clips hold from a single bill to several bills, have card slots for up to three credit cards and have a clear ID card window on the back side for a driver's license or other ID card. Total overall size is 2 3/4 x 3 3/8 inches. Shipped in an individual box.
